He was born in Thessaloniki and studied at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
He has been occupied with photography since 1980. He is a founding and active member of "f14-photographers' commune" and participates in cultural events. He made 14 solo and participated in many group exhibitions. His views on photography have been published in newspapers, magazines, TV.
