She was born in Athens, in 1966. She studied photography at the School of Graphic Arts and Art Studies, Technological Educational Institute (T.E.I.) of Athens and cinematography at the Stavrakos school. After pedagogic studies at PATES, in Athens, she made a MA in the interactive multimedia, at Westminster University, London. She taught in high-schools and private schools (1992-2001) and the last decade, she has worked as a photographer, at the section of Archeology and Art History (University of Athens).
