Dai Nakamura, born in Hokkaido, Japan, in 1970, is a graduate of Rhode Island School of Design, Providence, Rhode Island. He has worked professionally in New York, and Japan, as a fine art photographer developing series, and as a photographic printer. He has also created fine art projects based on commercial assignments. He has had solo and group exhibitions in the U.S., and Japan, and is in the permanent collections of The Danforth Museum of Art, Fidelity Corporation, The Worcester Museum of Art, in Massachusetts, USA, and the Shionoe Museum, Shionoe, Japan, among others.
