Ken Richardson

I grew up in Suburban Massachusetts.
I got my first camera when I was 12 so I could photograph my friends skateboarding.
I studied photography at The Art Institute of Boston in the early 90Ęs.
I looked at books by William Eggleston, Robert Frank, Gary Winogrand, and others. This changed the world for me.
I have spent the last 10 or so years freelancing, showing photographs and teaching photography in Boston.
I live in Somerville, MA with my wife and daughter.
I still take pictures of my friends skateboarding.
